“一帶一路”倡議提出10年來(lái)，共建“一帶一路”逐步從中國(guó)倡議走向國(guó)際實(shí)踐，從理念轉(zhuǎn)化為行動(dòng)，從愿景轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楝F(xiàn)實(shí)，為構(gòu)建人類(lèi)命運(yùn)共同體提供了實(shí)踐平臺(tái)，也為推進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化健康發(fā)展、破解全球發(fā)展難題和完善全球治理體系作出了重要貢獻(xiàn)。2018年11月4日，“一帶一路”國(guó)際科學(xué)組織聯(lián)盟（ANSO）成立，為加強(qiáng)科技創(chuàng)新政策和發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略對(duì)接，開(kāi)展重大科技合作，培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)人才，提升科技創(chuàng)新能力，發(fā)揮了重要的平臺(tái)作用，也為促進(jìn)民心相通和經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展，推動(dòng)建設(shè)綠色之路、創(chuàng)新之路，推動(dòng)構(gòu)建人類(lèi)命運(yùn)共同體作出了積極貢獻(xiàn)。2020年6月22日，ANSO批準(zhǔn)成立“一帶一路”減貧與發(fā)展聯(lián)盟（ANSO-APRD），核心目標(biāo)是以共建“一帶一路”地區(qū)人類(lèi)命運(yùn)共同體為導(dǎo)向，聚焦減貧與發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略主題，不斷增進(jìn)交流、深化合作、整合資源、加強(qiáng)示范，建立國(guó)際合作團(tuán)隊(duì)與試驗(yàn)基地，為推進(jìn)“一帶一路”可持續(xù)減貧與發(fā)展提供智力支持。ANSO-APRD成立以來(lái)，已在中國(guó)云南臨滄市、寧夏鹽池縣建立了“減貧與發(fā)展示范區(qū)”。為了深入推進(jìn)ANSO-APRD研究示范工作，梳理最新科技成果和實(shí)踐模式，推進(jìn)共建“一帶一路”高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，2024年“一帶一路”減貧與發(fā)展聯(lián)盟國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議，定于2024年9月6日~9月9日在銀川召開(kāi)。

Since the Belt and Road Initiative was proposed 10 years ago, the joint construction of the "Belt and Road" has gradually shifted from a Chinese initiative to an international practice, transforming from concept to action and from vision to reality. It has provided a practical platform for building a community with a shared future for mankind and has made significant contributions to the healthy development of economic globalization, addressing global development challenges, and improving the global governance system.

On November 4th, 2018, the Alliance of National and International Science Organizations for the Belt and Road Regions (ANSO) was established. It has played an important role in strengthening the alignment of science and technology innovation policies and development strategies, conducting major scientific and technological cooperation, cultivating talents for innovation and entrepreneurship, and enhancing the capacity for scientific and technological innovation. ANSO has also made positive contributions to sustainable economic and social development, propelling the construction of the Green Silk Road and the Innovation Silk Road, and working towards the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.

On June 22nd, 2020, the Alliance of Poverty Reduction and Development (APRD) was funded by ANSO. ANSO-APRD aims to build a community of shared future for mankind, promote collaborations and academic exchanges in the fields of poverty reduction and sustainable development, establish international cooperation teams and experimental bases, and provide intellectual support for advancing sustainable poverty reduction and development in the "Belt and Road" region.

ANSO-APRD has set up "Poverty Reduction and Development Demonstration Zones" in Lincang City, Yunnan Province, and Yanchi County, Ningxia, China.

To further advance the research demonstration work of ANSO-APRD, collate the latest scientific and technological achievements and practical models, and promote the high-quality development of "The Belt and Road", we hereby decide to organize the international academic conference of APRD in 2024.

Conference Theme: Promoting Poverty Reduction and Prosperity?Sharing Opportunities for Development

Key Topics: The conference will feature plenary sessions and several parallel sessions. After the study of the organizing committee, the online registration period is extended to August 31, 2024, participants can send the registration receipt to the designated email address ([email protected]).

Registration fee: Full Delegate, 1800 CNY; Student, 1200 CNY. The conference registration fee will be paid on-site. The fee covers conference materials, venue rental, and coffee breaks. Meals, lodging, and travel are not included.
